Costa Rica has a great number of organizations working to protect animals, and they need your help. The bureaucracy surrounding anything to do with wildlife in Costa Rica is daunting, and the permitting process for even a small rescue center or hospital can take years and thousands of dollars to complete. Anyone who knows other organizations dedicated to protecting Costa Rica’s animals should email us and we’ll add their link or contact info.
